Q. Do you provide flights with your accommodation packages?
A. Unfortunately we are not able to offer flights with our stay and dive packages, however we are happy to assist identifying airlines that would take you to Jamaica from international airports around the world.
   
Q.  Where can I find your cancellation policy?

Q. Do you offer pick service from my hotel or the cruise pier?
A. We do offer pick up service from hotels in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. We will also offer pick ups from the cruise terminals, however all pickups require a reservation.
   
Q. How long are the parasailing and banana boat rides?
A. Each ride is approximately 15 minutes long, however this may be shortened due to environmental conditions (e.g. wind speed, wave action).
Q. Where can I find out more information on PADI?
A. PADI is the acronym used by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, which is a worldwide scuba diving organization and one of the biggest in the world. PADI standardized scuba diving practices and safety procedures for divers around the world and offers courses through partners around the world like Resort Divers. Q. Should I make reservations in advance?
A. In order to guarantee spots on our dive boats, it is best to book prior to leaving for your trip. Just like hotels and airlines, spaces are limited and can sell out.
   
Q. How far in advance should I make reservations?
A. There is no set time limit to book and activities with us. The earlier you book, the better your chances are of availability.
   
Q. Can snorkelers go on the dive boats with the divers?
A. Yes, snorkelers are welcome on afternoon dive boats for a small fee and are subject to available space. However this is not normally our practice, we prefer snorkelers to participate in our snorkel tours. We allow this to accommodate accompanying patrons who may not be interested in diving.
   
Q. Are there refreshments on the boats?
A. We usually offer water on our boats, but recommend that patrons purchase other types of refreshments prior to their activity and carry it with them if they wish. Please note that we do not allow alcohol on any of our diving or snorkeling excursions.
   
Q. Do all the training courses include equipment?
A. All courses include equipment and materials needed for the course.
   
Q. Do you require a deposit for advanced diving reservations?
A. We do not require it, however in order to secure your space on our dive boats we highly recommend it. Spaces are not guaranteed unless a deposit is received.
   
Q. I'll be taking a cruise which docks for only a day. Will I have enough time to dive with Resort Divers? Also, do you provide transportation to and from the port?
A. We offer 3 scheduled times for dives: 9AM, 11AM and 1PM, which offers time for us to pick you up and take you on one our dive tours. We provide pick up service from both the Ocho Rios and Montego Bay cruise terminals. In an effort to save time we will offer you dives from those perspective vicinities unless otherwise requested.
   
Q. I will be vacationing with my children and plan to go diving with Resort Divers and Water Sports. Can you suggest any activities for my children to do while I go diving?
A. We allow children (age dependent) to accompany their parents to some dive sites, however we recommend that you enter them in other activities which may include our own beach in Runaway Bay, as well as banana boat rides or glass bottom boat tours.
   
Q. I'm coming into Jamaica on a cruise ship - what activities may I do with your company?
A. Resort Divers offers a wide array of water sports which include parasailing, banana boat rides, water skiing, SCUBA diving, snorkeling tours and deep sea fishing. If you are looking for a more relaxing encounter you are welcome to come to our beach property located in Runaway Bay where you can relax on the beach or enjoy good company and food at the properties restaurant and bar.
